The Visual Planning Board^® (VPB) supports the effective scheduling of service, maintenance, project operations and production planning in your SAP PM/CS/PS/PP environment.

The task data are read directly from SAP. Via the modern graphical planning board operations are scheduled quickly and easily.

Feedback from the field are immediately recorded in SAP, this guarantees a more complete updated view. Therefore, a full integration into the represented processes is given.

The Visual Planning Board^® is independent of the standard SAP Release. No other additional components such as SAP WFM are necessary, so that the complexity of an implementation project is greatly reduced.

Various SAP objects, such as service reports, service contracts and also tools and vehicles can be simultaneously within the individual views displayed and edited.
Software for the route-, or task- optimization, and any data from non-SAP sources can be integrated with little effort thanks to SAP standard interfaces.

With the complete integration into the CS/PM/PS module, the processing of a service task can be done at any time in both the Visual Planning Board^® as well as directly in the CS/PM/PP module. There is no duplication of task data outside of the CS/PM/PP module.

The utilized GUI libraries allows an intuitive operation and ideal user guide. The graphic design of the GANTT objects with symbols, gradients and multi-line text, also "Mouse Over", can be defined flexibly for each object.

Map Visualisation

Representation of different definable objects on a digital map.
For example, location of technical objects, customer location or position of the technicians can be shown on the map . Suppor of various map providers, also Goggle Maps or Open Street can be used.
